The Aggregated Assemblies studio investigates the construction of volumetric structures from assemblies that consist of numerous, intricate pieces. The studio explores the intersection of craft and technology, as well as unique representation methods that address project conceptualization, fabrication, and construction. The semester-long design process leveraged parametric design tools to integrate material experiments with digital modeling work-flow. Three separate projects developed through investigations between digital modeling, iterative physical prototyping, and script-generated representation.
